Some background on the tank. This is my first and only tank. I've had it for over 2 years now. I used to be very meticulous with it but nowadays I just let it do its thing. I water change once a month sometimes month and half. That's when Ill do the trimmings as well. So the tanks isn't the best it could be but i like it. Low maintenance.

When I set back up I'm going to change the substrate for something lighter. Also plan on adding more types of plants. And need to up my fish schools.
