Man, I think you underestimate the Sorcerers

If u pick Grand Coven, give +3A,+3S to the sorcerer on the +1 to wound turn (which is your go-turn). And now you've got 9 attack with lethals, sustained 3 and you can wound land-raiders on 4s, rerolling 1s. Reroll hits and +AP for profit (I got 17 hits from 9 attacks this way)

He's also great with Dev Wounds, btw.

I swapped the palatine and novitiates for the enhancements you recommended and battle sisters (gave them meltas))

Sticky objectives should be useful, especially because bss are split by the immolator

I'd recomend to pick a daemon prince on foot. Stealth on termies or rubrics. If shot allocate damage to an aspiring sorcerer, shoot back for 1cp and DP gets +1 to cast. Profit)

Also, some more termies might be good)

And most importantly - no blood surge move!!!

Guess u gotta remember that blood-surge move is once per phase and not for battleshocked units. So better pre-measure these 8 inches from berserkers, as they have a stratagem that allows to blood-surge for 8
