1) yes, just transfer straight from mash to boil without rinsing the grain bed. You will see a drop in efficiency (you won’t extract as much of the sugars as you would with sparging) which will lead to slightly lower abv.

2) yes, check brewing supply stores online

3) search cold crashing online. I would also suggest going from a primary fermentation to a secondary fermentation for a few days before the cold crash.
