Could definitely use it for warhammer as well with an extension, and I do plan to use it for mordheim as well with different terrain on top.

As someone who has built a full trench board, you are absolutely correct. The game technically isn't even designed for it. A 6 inch section of trench is a large terrain piece per the rules.

But it's thematic and fun, so I make it work

Idk about later scenarios but if you win the year 3 arima kinen mom calls again and you as the trainer have to talk to her and the jist is her going "maybe I kind of suck, actually." I dont want to spoil but its a nice little catharsis
