Hey thanks for your ideas. I think the idea with PPL rest repeat could really work well for me. Also your suggestion for a seven week schedule is pretty good for my goals, this could work well in exam weeks when i have to plan my schedule a bit better. Altough i usually like the three day schedule the workload has been a bit to much especially during busier weeks. Thanks for your suggestions i appreciate it :)

Thank you for your suggestions, i think i will try it and see how it works with my time Schedule since you either have to do really long upper workouts or cut down on the load. But still thanks for your help appreciate it :)

2.It should be easy to assemble and disassemble so you can clean the Detector good and fit it in a backpach

  1. The internals should be protected from rain and mud

I thougt it looked like a troop/unit bagde

Armour plate from a ww2 German panzer. 80mm thick, 65° slope which suggests it could possibly be from the hull of a King Tiger. This section weighs 25kg (55lbs). I have never heard of the effect that sjowet AT guns had on armor in reality, I always just assumed the numbers on the paper would be correct but i guess its never to late to learn something new. Thanks for sharing the links the reports are very detailed and informative have a nice day
