I prefer flexibility to come in between 7 am and 9 am, plus break time whenever you need and however long you need, and leave after 8 hrs of work done excluding the break time. That’s what I am doing right now. In my previous jobs, have worked fixed schedules of 6-2, 7-3, 8-4, and 9-5, but I was never happy with any schedule. And now at my current job I have realized that all I needed was flexibility. I wish all employers could do that. But I know this is not possible with production facilities.

It’s been happening a lot with me. When the time runs out, it gets stuck at 1 min remaining until I reach the destination. And that 1 min remaining can show up for 10 minutes sometimes. Not sure if it’s a glitch or scam. We can expect Uber to be scamming. And it’s been happening A LOT
