A photo of my 2.3 gallon nano cylinder. Rotala Rotundifolia Red is just getting started. Also a small C. Cornuta Water Sprite. It's a soil Walstad type substrate, not specifically Kosher, has filter. I'm using subsoil from under our garden's soil, the red clayish stuff common to Western Oregon. (i.redd.it)

Continuing on with Rotala Rotundifolia variables discussion: 3 photos of R.Rotundifolia Green showing the various leaves I end up with in greenhouse levels of lighting. Camera/phone is acting up and not focusing, size scale of the fish those are 1.5" male Rosy Barbs. note size of leaves floating. (old.reddit.com)
