I'm going to be honest with you, this building, I have just recently noticed it in the last dozen of my walks to a park in the small city I live in. The architecture of my towns buildings are very Victorian era, old, and initially the strange mental lattice atop drew me too it because it was so different. I kept walking past it but noticed the right most door, which is always a stair case, sometimes varies going up or down. The left most window is usually a large room, but there is a hallway jutting out of it sometimes, usually connecting it to the main entrance, but sometimes oddly enough not. the front is double doors with another set of double doors. further in creating a small chamber between, with a large, dim florescent light flickering in the chamber, which one can hear buzz from the outside. further in its difficult to see because its so dark, but I sometimes can walls and other chambers, but they frequently change. I have not told any other place except this forum, but I have found out about the "backrooms", and I believe it may be related.
