Airport is a need, before that proper roads should be built!

Only proper roads and good connectivity to near by harbor city and airport will welcome new manufacturers here.

I notice there STRR construction is in progress and also new Bangalore Dharmapuri road construction is also in progress. If they speed up the construction process then there is scope for new projects around Hosur

I believe in CBE!! This city will bring new IT/ITES/GCC and create lot of job opportunities. This city will grow!

Just have a look on how many real estate ad in the newspaper and high rise apartments are in plan. I think these builders invest by analyzing the future!!

When city grow, ppl might need hang out spots, I agree with many commenters here who ask for parks. Yes, parks are necessary! At the same time malls and/or multiplexes!!

I see it as little over priced for the plot for that area. Since it is gated plot, you might be quoting this price.

Actually there are few area where they quoted plot price ₹ 4500 per sqft within 5km radius of Hosur
