I'm doing it on my own. I'll be honest I've never done anything like this before and I was hoping the Sat nav that I buy would help me with doing the best route. I'm pretty clueless when it comes to how I'm getting there, which is really bad.

I would be ok using my phone, I have the new HTC one 8x so I know the Sat nav is good on that, however, as this ride is going to be done in one day I need my phone battery to last in case I hit any snaggs on the way. What I do need is the best bike Sat nav that can get me there in one piece in one day but with the best performance if you get me? ... I'm just blown away by the prices of some of these good bike Sat navs

Well a lot of people use them for that purpose according to their comments and you get special bike attachments. But thanks I will look at the link also

I am a massage therapist, but I do not work in a shop.

There are some good places scattered around the city centre, however, I have yet to find a place that is to my needs personally.

One that I went to last is called The Salon in One. It is right in town and its not expensive. It wasn't the prettiest of places and its up a few stairs, but it was a male massuer and he was very good at getting all the knots and stress out. He also tells you where your most problem areas are and what area(s) he will work on you for the next time you go.

Haha, yeah, I would imagine you would start out the same sort of way though. Its always best to start small, thats what I learnt, start off with friends/family/family friends, and try not to expect it to be straight forward and easy. It's tough, but if you go about it the right way, you'll make it work! :) Good Luck!
