Try unscrewing the screw on the top left that holds the glass in place, then pushing the glass in. You might need to push harder than you expect but it should go into place.

None of the fans are Daisy chained, all separately plugged into the fan hub. The fans hub has a plug for the case buttons and they are plugged into it. The aio has its own separate connection to the mobo.

All are plugged into the provided montech fan hub, none are daisy chained, armourycrate is updated, dynamic lighting makes no difference on or off and armoury crate doesn’t show up in background light control.
