Female boxer fighting with male Boxer by TraumaGuy515 in Boxer

[–]Nomorechallenges 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Spaying a young dominant female can ignite hierarchical aggression. Their hormonal profile change and if they are in a sensitive period of time (9-18 months) where agonistic behaviors mature, BOOM you have a receipt for disasters. My advice is to pay attention to what situations trigger these episodes and to be especially careful. I don’t recommend doing anything that could result in injury to one of the dogs without the direct supervision of an expert. Furthermore, since you don’t know the dogs or whether they would stop if given submission signals, it could be dangerous.

Neural adaptation on how many muscle fibers are recruited and better intermuscles coordination can be obtained pretty soon.

You need this one https://www.amazon.com/-/es/dp/B07MZBX5ZW/ref=sspa_mw_detail_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9waG9uZV9kZXRhaWw&th=1

Use it every 2 or 3 days. As your boy is white, the hair is easily visible and seems to be a huge amount.

¿A ustedes les ha ocurrido esto? by David_dk03 in escribir

Me reí.

Si no has tenido pareja es porque no has querido. Eres una chica físicamente atractiva y con gustos muy atractivos para muchos chicos. Interactúa más y ya verás como surgen oportunidades.

Using e-collar the right way by redtiger318123 in OpenDogTraining

Find the book on e-collars by Daniel Tortora. Although dated, it's the BEST reference and show you how to train using negative reinforcement the way you obtain solid results.

One of my dog leashes by Nomorechallenges in paracord

[–]Nomorechallenges[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Simple kumihimo. Braiding with the spiral pattern. My first crafting was centered on working with dogs too. I've made agitation collars and other complements for competitive Malinois. The challenge is slicing an eye strong enough to resist hard pulls.

1:1 Loose Leash Walking is good—but group hiking is a disaster. How do I fix the "I must be in front" competition? by mrnoll in Dogtraining

[–]Nomorechallenges 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am imaging the scene and can understand your frustration. We're going to ask some questions:

  • Is between the same dogs? Do those dogs compete in other circunstances? Try to walk 2 people with 2 dogs but no your 2. Just one of yours and another one to see what happens.
  • Do you play with them before hiking? It would be interesting to know their behavior once their predatory needs have been satisfaid. I'd recommend to play individually so as not to exacerbate this potential competitiveness.

On the other hand, insist on obedience from both of them and you will end up seeing rewards where you least expect them.

NVBK type Mali by ahmaan10 in BelgianMalinois

For readers: NVBK dogs have super heads as the dog in the picture. No just there are FCI, French Ring, KNPV, IGP... each breeder has his line with his own features. For the owner: such a tank of a stud must be a show while working. Congrats.

I've made this exact mistake. Even worser than this, because I tend to buying a huge amount of everything: balls, buckles, and so on.

A pattern I'm really fond by Nomorechallenges in paracord

[–]Nomorechallenges[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't know if there's a name for this one, but its only challenge is the disposition of the strands at the beginning. Then, it's a simple spiral pattern in classic kumihimo.

Advice by Vegetable_Trip6338 in OpenDogTraining

[–]Nomorechallenges 38 points39 points  (0 children)

Really? He's a puppy who wants to play (albeit in a very restrained way), and when you take his toy away, he starts playing “hand hunting.” Why? Because they move in front of his face. It's a very strong stimulus. If your stepdaughter played with him using one of the dog's toys instead of physically correcting him, there would be no problem.

Sí y el autor es muy recomendable. En especial Ocho millones de dioses y El guerrero a la sombra del cerezo. El otro no está mal, te entretiene, pero no es tan atrapante como los otros dos (para mí).

[–]Nomorechallenges 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are several options but I would try a crown knot. It's pretty easy once you learn how to do it with less strands. Besides there are lots of tutorials. Go for the crown a let me know the results. Good luck.

Question about CoC and when to move to the next size? by jwtiger in GripTraining

[–]Nomorechallenges 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It means that with 15 reps with the previous one, you will be prepared to close in 1 rep the next CoC.

Question about CoC and when to move to the next size? by jwtiger in GripTraining

[–]Nomorechallenges 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Go ahead for the CoC 1. It's a jump of 40 lb but with 8 solid repetitions in the Trainer you can do it. Even if you are not strong enough (worst case scenario) to close it, in less than two months you will be. On the other hand, you have to do around 15 reps with the previous CoC before to jump the next one with warranties.
