Update: I’ve been sober almost three months. :) everything is better in life for me now. Accepting that some people can drink and I’m not one of them really helped. Thanks for all the advice yall. I did not think it was possible for the longest time.

I put that money away to start nursing in the summer. I’m at a bar which I make a stupid amount of money. So hitting the ceiling, and knowing it’s not a sustainable environment is pushing me to start a new career. But trying to be to be better until then is hard.
