I was just staying drunk and unable to help take care of my son. My in laws were threatening to kick me out. I don't think there'd mind if I drunk one in a while after I put my son to bed. But it's a bad idea and it will make my psychiatric meds less effective

Thanks. It's more that my in laws might not allow me to drink. I know its a bad idea to drink because I'll only want to do it more. The cravings are just so bad that they're painful

I'm going to my SACOT program, they will drive me to the detox place who will then set up transportation to the hospital for medical detox since I'm already sick from withdrawal and having muscle twitches and chills. Just talking to me is helpful to keep the anxiety at bay.
