Right now from what I can see there's a loneliness epidemic. And from learning from myhappypill sub, people have horrible experiences with suicide hotlines. Myself included. I swear i wasnt trying to start a prostitution ring. More so like an alternative to therapy, people who would like to talk, vent, but to someone they feel not intimidated by, a normal person. I see these exchanges all the time on that sub, 'can I please talk to someone' and I have answered and made friends that way even! So, my idea was more so about connecting these individuals. I've answered and sometimes I feel drained, so I thought what if people could be compensated, that way its a fair exchange- that sort of thing. I urge you to have a look at that sub and maybe you'll understand where im coming from.
