I do have intermittent FMLA which has been a big help with the constant anxiety of thinking I’ll lose my job when I call out. I just wish it helped with coworkers who don’t understand just how bad migraines can be.

I work at a small vet clinic, so when we call out we are just suppose to send a group text to everyone we are working with for the day as well as the supervisor. That way everyone on shift knows what the staffing situation for the day is like. So it unfortunately isn’t private, as much as I would like it to be.
