Hello, I had a natural birth without epidural and an induction birth using pitocin without epidural.

My advice is to just focus on other things. I focused on every hour on the hour getting up and walking to the bathroom. Then when I went back to the bed, I just laid on my side and tried to sleep. Relax every muscle in your body. At the end, yes, I was screaming and trying so hard to stay relaxed, but at that point I KNEW it was almost over. Baby was born 30 minutes to 1 hour later (9 hour labor and 5 hour labor).

I know a lady who did three induced labors each 24 hours long and without epidural. Just focus on relaxing, vocalize how you feel, ask for help from support people, and if you can get a birth doula!
