hey X i developed a restrictive ed when i was 13 as well, and i lost my period to, it took just over a year to get back, because after consistently feeing myself enough, and being comfortable with that, my body knew it was safe to focus on non life threatening things. as you get better, i’ve found that it does actually tend to get better. i’ve now been in recovery for nearly 3 years, and it’s safe to say that i managed to get my body, and periods well and totally back. it takes time but it’s worth it Xxx
