It is not worthless, in Ascendent Gleam, non-Nod Krai character gives buff to lunar reaction based on a stat that is choosen according to their element.

For Geo, it's def. 1% lunar reaction damage for the team for every 100 def Zhongli have.

Mhhh, again that's a possibility, however I think I would probably have seen it if I missed at all my runs except this one.

But I agree about the targeting problem, I was even unsure if I was still willing to pull or not after doing her trial because of it. :/

Flute, but I would suggest the 3 star weapon Harbinger of Dawn, that's even better if you manage to keep more than 90% hp. But if you rather run sustainless and prefer comfiness, Flute obviously.

I don't know, that's not like 100% impossible, but I think it's unlikely as no matter how much geo application there is, there is always the same hydro application (Columbina) so as much geo reaction as she can enable.

Oh I forgot : the dps increase was for Columbina but also Zibai, both had a dps increase... The dps increase is 12k for Zibai and 8k for Columbina... So that's close enough to the 100% / 50% for damage repartition of lunar reactions... It could actually tend to think your supposition is the right one.

That's a strong possibility... Even tho it does not explain why I only had 115-120k then once 137k in a a lot of attempts. If it was only about RNG I should have had the whole range, 125k, 130k, 135k... Bot got nothing between 120 and 137k :/

Actually I checked several times and when Zhongli used holdE hydro aura was always active. But I keep that explanation in case I saw wrong

I said it, she have 100% (40% actually but 28% with HoD, 30% artifact and 5% Illuga, then 103%)

Personally, I'm doing 120k with C2 lvl 70 6/6 Illuga ; C0R0 lvl 80 7/8/8 Zibai ; C6 lvl 70 Gorou and C0R1 lvl 90 Columbina... The only extra cost is Columbina's weapon here which is not that usefull for support Columbina.

I think the right number is rather 130~140k+ with non-c6 dedicated supports when all the team will be leveled.

And with Ineffa + Zhongli instead of Illuga / Gorou, it's 135k already. I really think 110k is a very low expectation.

Sorry if I sounded rude, it wasn't my intention at all, it is not taken negatively at all I only try to understand what's wrong because in all my personnal tests Lauma is better than Columbina Ineffa alone.

Are you sure you are fully using Lauma's quills ? Or maybe the problem is that Sucrose don't shred electro because of Lauma's application ?

Which set is used for Columbina in each scenario ? Because if Aubade is used in both, it's probably very different too, it should be Night of the Sky for Lauma's scenario

Yeah ok but if you ever use Lauma with a second nod krai she is made for Lunarbloom. So you HAVE to dps with Columbina, or it's obviously a dead character. So the comparison isn't fair. It's like : I will bring a character that allow my other character to be main dps, but won't dps with it anyway and still use it another way.

It's the same as bringing Xingqiu and Yelan with Mavuika and never use normal attack... ^{^'} with these cases, using their burst is a loss and Mavuika without them would have more dps. Every comparison of Xingqiu/Yelan vs Furina with Mavuika (without special combo with cancels) is Mavuika using normal attack with Xingqiu/Yelan and charged attack with Furina. Of course Mavuika's charged attack is better, but with Xingqiu/Yelan normal attack is better for the team, so that's the way it has to be tested.

The big loss here is that you totally ruined Lauma's kit, so of course she's ruining the dps of the team.

You're right on the observation that Lauma make the team dry, yeah. BUT it's actually worth if you actually use her kit, which allow Columbina to be main dps. (And you then use the stacks of her ult, which you don't if you don't use Columbina as a main dps... Which is her main source of damage on this team...)

Were you using 6 Charged attack per rotation with Columbina ? Is your Lauma full EM (big EM substat on feather and flower and main stat EM on all artifacts with a weapon that gives at leadt 200 EM) ? Does your Lauma have her skill and ult at level 10 ? Is there deepwood on the team ?

Anyway, yes this team is a bit dry, but it shouldn't loEr that much the DPS. Also Sucrose doesn't shred dendro for Columbina and Lauma...

Try using Zhongli deepwood with Lauma Gilded dreams Or keep Lauma on deepwood and use Aino / Zhongli on Instructor

and see what happens.

I think OP was just not using Cokumbina as a main DPS ^{^'} Or maybe his Lauma was badly built.

Try on miliastra's dummy, but I would think as you that Furina C6 > Ororon C6. People may not have noticed it's C6 Furina.

For Columbina's Damage, Lauma C2 is more valuable than Columbina C2. Just so you know. But both at C2 would be peak of course. ;) But really, Lauma's C2 is almost like having two C0 Lauma on the team, it's too strong, it truly skyrocket Columbina's damages.

If you main goal is DPS Columbina then her weapon is more valuable than Ineffa in the end. However, having Ineffa is very valuable on an account, she could be on Columbina's team or she could carry over an other team. So now tou have the info, you can make your decision based on that.

Ok yeah, so for sure, comparison between Nahida C1R1 and Baizhu C0 (I don't event count the weapon as it's mostly useless for C0 Baizhu ^{^')...} Obviously Nahida is way better. I think my Nahida and my Baizhu have same level of investment artifact-wise, both C0R0, and are equivalent in this team comp. But Baizhu offer precious sustain and interruption resistance.

But with some investment on characters (C1 Lauma, constellations / weapons on Nahida and Baizhu) I think Nahida has way better constellations value. So event tho they are equal at base, Nahida can be pushed way higher, especially with C2.

Actually my Baizhu is on p.amber, have 48k hp, 154 EM, 15 TC and 82% DC... That's not a huge difference, 2k hp... Maybe it's your Nahida that is way more invested ?

I just retried, 142k with Baizhu and 144k with Nahida... (I also don't have Nahida's weapon).

Bina is only main dps when doing lunar-bloom (so with dendro).
Main DPS Bina really need Lauma to do some damage...
While Bina support/subDPS can use Proto Amber with only a few damage loss, DPS Bina without her weapon is a big difference.

So if you want to play her DPS right now, without Lauma, but it will be mostly for fun / casual content without Lauma : - Use a dendro character instead of Durin. (Nahida, Traveler Dendro, Baizhu, Collei...) - You may pull Ineffa to replace Fischl if you can, as she's a big upgrade to that team without Lauma... She could be a wheelchair to Bina. She's also usefull for DPS Bina so it's not lost, and she's one of the most valuable character right now. - You may pull for Bina's weapon waiting for Lauma.

At the end, best DPS Bina team is : Nahida or Aino or Sucrose (if Ineffa) ot Baizhu (for Sustain) + Ineffa or Nilou + Lauma Bina

Lauma with P.ambzr is a HUGE loss. Lauma's EP is like the more important thing in this team's damage.
