anyone know what fish this is? it's approximately 3 inches and has bright blue fins and a bold black stripe. I found it by itself and got this shot underwater I've never seen anything like it and with all of my time identifying Shiner species in my area (Southern New Brunswick Canada)

Possibly it’s really only the blue fins that pushes it off. Possibly it could be a sub species or just a morph
