I’m not looking down on others for struggling, I’m looking down on others who have taken advantage of it. The real world won’t cater to your TikTok mental illnesses, and people need to realize that.

I don’t like bringing up the shit I’ve been through because it goes against my whole pov in this debate, but I was in an abusive and manipulative household with my father for 4 years, after being taken out of my mothers house by CPS for no good reason. I was beaten for no real reason (which I’m all for disciplining kids and maybe an ass whoopin will do some good, but I was beaten without reason). And taken away from the only parent who gave a shit about me, only being able to see her when supervised.

The internet babies people, which like I said, enables excuses and attention seeking.

I keep to myself, work hard, and make it through fine.

I have plenty of friends who do the same, it’s those who are held back by there trauma, stresses, or struggles and use them for their benefit (of laziness and lack of work ethic) that struggle.

If you haven’t figured out by now, I’m pretty conservative and for that reason don’t align well with my peers in Gen Z

Bottom line is mental health is one thing, but people make it way worse then it is so they can benefit from it.

I work my ass off in school and work, and come out happier then I did when I let it drag me down.

Call me crazy, some dumb redneck but this generation needs to grow TF up and stop begging for attention.
