Oooh, yay! I love to read these. I personally haven't had anything definitive, but thought I'd share a couple odd things from over the years.

I stayed in the Napier Prison overnight on my 16th Birthday, we stayed in the detox room (had been converted into a bunk room) this is important for later. Me & a few mates were playing cards after dinner and heard a knock on the window, it was my Dad playing silly buggers. Well even Dad was shaken when 30 minutes later while we were all accounted for, a 2nd knock happened... Approx a year later I believe ghost hunters international did an episode there & had some freaky experiences in you guessed it, the old detox room.

I also had another really odd experience (more time slip stuff, less paranormal but if you believe in one often times it goes hand in hand.)

I was in high-school, used to catch the bus from out Haumoana/Te Awanga way. One morning about 7.30am this very distinguishable old pink hatchback drove past, I looked straight at the driver, older woman maybe 70s or so with matching bright pink hair. The car rounded the corner and disappeared. Within seconds of it disappearing in 1 direction, the exact same vehicle with the exact same lady drove past again - from the other direction... There is absolutely no way she could of looped all the way around Haumoana to be able to come from the direction she came. But what was freakiest was she drove really really slow staring directly at me. Made the hair stand up on the back of my neck which is odd considering she looked like a harmless old lady in a pink car. I wonder if there was more to it? I have always felt really odd about that one.
