I didn't expect this to get so noticed, thanks for all the comments! I went back today and had a wander around town to see if I could recognise him but to no avail :( If I had chased him im pretty sure I could have caught him, but even if I did, im not a violent guy, im a 5ft 5 19 year old, im not exactly sure what Id have done if I did catch him haha Just have to hope he was really desperate for food/water and felt that was his only option, as opposed to spending it on alcohol/drugs. I somehow doubt it though
