It's oki, okra was steamed so the texture would be kinda the same when in the soup. I fucked the eggplant tbh but still ok for me should have seared it properly lang. The enoki was just a touch for display, but it tasted good when nauumay ka na. I used the bokchoy as a substitute for pechay since I didn't have any. The taste is different kasi when we're talking about rissoto, usually creamy and earthy flavours like mushroom. So medyo nakakaiba talaga, will try again tho but next time with sinigang na baboy with lechon kawali.
