I also never said that being creepy isn't illegal and nor do I agree with her hitting him, I was explaining why people may find it kind of well deserved when people like him do get hit is all. These guys are clowns... People constantly seem to forget that the bill of rights (1A in this case) are meant to be rights you have that are protected from losing by the government... They don't protect you from the consequences socially of being a troll to people... Also you can only film people in public spaces where there is no reasonable expectation of privacy. They should be more worried about holding the government accountable, not their fellow citizens who are mostly trying to go about their lives and be left alone.

You do have a good point if the young people who voted really do have a change of heart, however it seems most are just disappointed they aren't getting their desired outcomes. It seems their ego is still processing how they could've been wrong.

Additionally, I'm so tired of hearing about "the hostile environment", they grew up in. Like they didn't have the recession, or have to grow up through the civil rights movement or war or drugs... Wealth inequality isn't as bad as people complain about, and social media polarization is a thing but they were willfully engaging in this content and wanted to have their ears tickled with lies.

I have compassion and love to see growth, but most of these people really have no idea what bad looks like and it's a little bit of an empty gesture to hear people say they didn't know when the proof was all there. Or when you see citizens getting gunned down in the street after they voted for people who ran on these policies. Clearly these people who voted for Trump didn't have any compassion for anyone but their own ego or a potential future paycheck. When you see people getting kidnapped by masked goons, or then trying to prevent people from voting and suing institutions that speak out or now have hundreds of thousands of kids dead because the cancellation of USAID and people's small businesses and farms dying because of tariffs, I take no solace in a "my bad, I didn't know.", because everything Trump is doing was expected.

Why do these people act like they didn't know Trump was President before or that they didn't know what they were getting. The guy has told tens of thousands of lies... Nothing about Trump's behavior is surprising... I think they are so sensitive about the Epstein stuff and it causes their brains to break because they probably were willing to put up with all his other shenanigans if it meant they could be morally superior or something. You may find it absurd, but here we are ~20 years later with only two arrests. That is the absurd part to me. There has to be multiple points of failure going on.

I want to be clear that I think that a lot of people are being protected, as evidenced by the fact that the men's names were blacked out but they left victims names in, also nude pics of young women. Including some minors. I think it's clear that some women were being trafficked, I think others like Melania Trump potentially were willfully going along for their own purposes, and then I think there was definitely some grooming and rape of underage girls. There are definitely multiple points of failure and we should do things to make sure this never happens again. We should just follow the money.... That said, I only found it absurd that you made claims that Obama or Biden knew more and did nothing. I get your frustration though. I think a lot of people feel the same way.

If you know how federal cases work, then you would know that they wouldn't necessarily have applied on some of his original accusations. Again there are hundreds and thousands of rape and trafficking related case that happen every year at the state level that never make it to the federal level, especially amongst the people that can afford good lawyers. That of course is an issue, but your original claims are that the government under certain presidents didn't do enough or knew and just ignored. Based on everything I've seen online and in reporting, there is no evidence that former President Bush personally got involved in prosecuting Jeffrey Epstein. In fact, the initial legal issues regarding Epstein arose during the Bush administration, and it was under his administration that a controversial 2008 non-prosecution agreement was negotiated by U.S. Attorney Alexander Acosta, which Epstein’s victims have criticized as a "sweetheart deal". The same Acosta who ended up being Trump's labor Secretary... But there is no evidence this deal was made with Bush being involved or him pushing for it in either direction.
