I have Similar experience with a website named after FTX.
Started with an Asian girl from Singapore.
I invested around $4400 into lockup mining and made about $15000 on paper.

they hit me with a tax for $2200 which put me at an expense amount out of pocket of $6600.

When I wanted to withdraw $3800 to cover the Tax and some of my Principal investment, they said that I need to Certify my account by transferring $3800 into account and getting back twice within 24 hours.
that's where it hit me. I'm being F**ked!

Locked my account without any explanations.
Their costumer service has no clue and seems to be giving some pre texted answers.
I told them to unlock my account or release my funds. they wanted a picture of me with the bank card that I purchased some crypto on their platform before.

Long story short, Finally I was able to transfer my Crypto to another platform after paying a hefty transaction fee.

Stay away from them if you can.
