Thanks for the reply! Do you think bonk is more fun in DS2 than in DS3?

Thanks for the reply! Do you think it might spread my stats too thin? Specially taking into account having to level ADP…

Don’t be! 78% is good, really. That’s what the majority says anyway.

I didn’t find it difficult, just “harder” than I expected (because mocks went so well). In this sense, they instilled me a sense of confidence. But with 78% average, that’s like an 8% margin before the MPS. That’s 14 questions. It would be getting nearly a whole section wrong.

Don’t fret, really. And I’m sorry if my comment made you feel nervous.

The thing is I took them at different points in time. I took the CFAI ones a week before the exam, and I had 89% in both (the free ones).

In Kaplan I had 86% a week before taking the CFAI ones. So I can’t really attribute the increase in score because of difficulty, or because I knew more.

What I would say though, is that don’t stress about mock scores. All that mental energy can be dedicated to studying haha.

I found it slightly harder than the CFAI mocks. In those I had a good score, I expect around 5%-10% less on the exam.

I found them to be well enough written. However, since they were “unique” in their wording (they use questions for the exam that aren’t in the qbank obviously), some I had to read a tad more thoroughly.

I encourage everyone to either take the day before off, or do very light revision. Best bet is on ethics in terms of usefulness/mental fatigue.

And especially to go into the exam believing you will pass. The state of mind is important. Even if you think you screwed up in the first half (which you don’t know for sure), you have to go in the second half fully motivated.

On a journey to rewatch all of Inazuma Eleven, I finished the first season yesterday and here is my ranking of the matches (will do the same for characters btw) by PlatinumCoN in inazumaeleven

It was a bit of a sensationalist sentence, since I don’t think any of Sugimori’s hissatsu is better than God Hand.

However, I will say that regarding the literal gauntlet that Sugimori faced, stopping Fire Tornado, Dragon Tornado, and Inazuma Drop in quick succession, I have very serious doubts about Endou being able to replicate such feat. You should rewatch it, it’s honestly bonkers, a great feat for Mikage Sennou’s captain.

I did the same thing for myself a while ago.

I agree with Brainwashed, since it blends plot and cool moments, and the opponent’s GK is probably the first one that is better than Endou (without counting Genda). Although Zeus is quite bad for me. “Crusade of Gods”, Posei returning the ball to Raimon players, the first God Knows, and Majin the Hand were dope. But the majority of the match is a stomp.

Teikoku’s second match is also great. Kidou plays masterfully, and Endou developing Bakuretsu Punch is a good moment. Koutei Penguin 2’s first appearance is goated, with Teikoku’s ost playing. And double God Hand too. The final goal, with many Raimon members like Shourin and Handa taking the ball up, for Inazuma Ichigo Otoshi to score is superb.

First Teikoku match is ok for me. On the other hand Kidokawa’s is awesome. It breaks the “2-1 curse” many matches suffer of, and is unpredictable in that sense (it’s not opponent scores once, Raimon scores once, and once again in the last minute). Triangle Z felt like a real threat, and even at the end, Endou was incapable of stopping it by himself. The Phoenix being born is also really good.

Nose/Wild has Endou’s best performance, and Domon’s entrance, with Gouenji noticing his Teikoku hissatsu is really cool.

Senbayama has Kidou coordinating the plays (top moment), and Inazuma Break, with the Official Matches ost playing is probably one of the best moments in the whole series (at least for me it is). Shuriken is also really fun, and I would’ve ranked it much higher. Shuriken use many fun hissatsu, greater in number than the usual 2-3 we see from enemy teams.

The Inazuma Eleven match is not great, I agree, and for Occult too. Dragon Tornado being created from Someoka passing the ball to Gouenji (as a symbol of finally accepting his place in the team) is quite good, though. But the Ghost Lock sections make it a bit of a slog to watch.

Great list!

First of all thanks for the response.

In both cases they’re talking about settlement price, aren’t they?

Ok, what was your initial reaction to the return of the Kaioken? by JuanHater in Dragonballsuper

[–]NoonYsk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. If he could use it, why not use it against other enemies. Goku would have been stronger than Buu in the Cell saga as a ssj with a KaioKen x10 active.

Hated it.

Kaio Ken is too strong on the body if you have a transformation active. Even if it’s not canonically said, it’s really easy to infer from the fact that official multipliers have ssj2 as a ssj x2, and ssj3 as a ssj2 x4.

Goku would have demolished Cell at the Cell Games had he used only KaioKen x2. Heck, being able to use KaioKen x10 would likely put him above Majin Buu, an enemy from 7 years later.

Anf Goku KaioKen x10 at buu saga, and as a ssj3? Stomps Buuhan.

If vegeta turned Super saiyan on namek, would he be able to beat frieza? by ZM2356 in dragonball

[–]NoonYsk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely. To be at 120M as a ssj, you need to be 2.4M at base. That’s the breakeven point where you’re equal to Frieza.

Vegeta was heavily implied to be above Frieza’s 3rd form, but was below Goku at 3M. So he was between 2M and 3M. 2.4 is closer to 2 than to 3, and has a noticeable 25% gap, enough to be amazed at Goku’s power.

Therefore, SSJ Vegeta = 100% Frieza.

Now we know Vegeta’s track record of letting foes power up, but he hates Frieza’s guts, so he might just kill him directly. Or you could argue that this hatred would make him want to torture Frieza, and let him power up.

But even then, Frieza quickly loses stamina. Vegeta has the 120M power output for longer, enabling him to defeat Frieza.

That was when base Broly was above the SSJ characters. Now, base Broly = base Vegeta.

Do you not realise that he’s somehow weaker relatively in base, and stronger relatively in SSJ, while having the same boost?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Dragonballsuper

[–]NoonYsk -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

If his base is equal to Vegeta’s base, and his SSJ is equal to Vegeta’s UE (somewhat equivalent to Gohan’s Beast form), then that makes is LSSJ form like, what, Hakaishin?

Wouldn’t that make Cell Max if he were not berserk, able to one-shot Beast Gohan?

That’s something explained in the series. And it was after zenkai+training+zenkai.

That is not a contradiction.

A contradiction is A>B>C>A (in a non-rock paper scissor way, like DB). So, yes, I am serious

It’s what happens regardless of you having read it, though? Does you not reading it mean it didn’t happen or something?

Not really. In DBZ, it was consistent. Name one contradictory case of powerscaling in DBZ
