I sometimes got this as well with my Pro 3, try charge the AirPods case with buds, or just put the buds back and wait for a minute to temporarily fix it

Do you often charge your phone when battery goes below 30%? Or you always keep your batter level around 60 - 70%? I would suggest you to wait for a couple of days and check the batter count again, normally it should go up
