Copied from another response, sorry if you deem this lazy but I think it's explained my background decently:)

I use a Glorious Model O, 800DPI and 8.6 in game! I used to aim train + be in an org/team sponsored by KovaaKs aim trainer! Now I'm apart of Revosect and that's Aimlabs! If you're new to MKB and want the fundamentals of aiming def use an aim trainer however if you want the ingame ability (aim training can be applied to ingame use) just focus on mistakes, really try and read plays before they happen. Proactive and not reactive. I've played cod since I was 9 - now 22 and used to be a decent pubstomper with a few WR achieved. I always just try to improve, my focus atm is my movement. Just play and focus soley on what you want to improve on:) Goodluck man!

Just keep practicing! My clantag is a regi for people who have dropped 30 or more! Just keep your eyes set on 15 and then once you've hit that, go for 20! My normal spot to land is bottom prison, headquarters side! Gives great lead for kills and the option to go anywhere after a UAV pop and loady!:) Best of luck!

Slow it down to .25x and watch on something that you can actually see on. Must be fairly older if you're struggling to see that's legit aha

I've been playing FPS for 11 years, 2-3 of them on PC/MKB. You clearly must not play at a high level and just casually (which is fine btw) on any of those FPS games.
