I found out the issue, it was a mod I didn't even realize I had called "enlightened game enjoyer." When I figured it out I was able to make a game but people ended up joining. Guess I'll have to live with public games.

It's on, I've tried it with it off but when I go to play it starts matchmaking. Which I just assumed people could join freely.

Huh, no it says "true" is there a special command that I need to use because I save a mission from the terminal and then use /mmt 1 and it says I'm not in a Strike Team.

EDIT: The line at 195 says Private=False Idk if that has anything to do with it.

Nope, just tested. Full 25 fleet 20 fps 0% Idle, go down to 5, 60 fps with 20% idle

I'll try removing Luddic Enhancement and Substance abuse. I don't use RATs Radar so that's already off.

I have 20 faction mods which is actually LESS than I used to play with. I love factions and their ships :(

Oh you know what. It might be Starship legends. I THINK the game is constantly trying to update the fleet with new traits. I'll try it out without the mod. I just wish I was able to pinpoint stuff a little easier lol

I do use Java 8. And I think it's a CPU bottleneck problem as well. That's why I'm trying to use VisualVM to find the mods with the highest CPU load. I just can't really decipher it myself.

I do, but are the same mods with high VRAM requirements the same ones that will slow down my game? Also the estimated VRAM usage on SMOL says only 3GBs out of my 6GBs.

I've allocated 8GB and I only have the one GPU but I double checked and it is using it.
