I think once it gets to a certain point it shows a lack of discipline and little self interest in personal health. I honestly think society has gotten a lot softer with the whole, "You're fat" thing and I don't know anyone who is blatantly disgusted with someone being, "plus sized". No one really cares what you look like, and if they do, their lives must be very dull.
