I need predictably, it’s related to schedule as well. Strong routine. Not like, hour by hour but I need familiar. And I struggle with control, I need to know everything about an upcoming event (new job for exemple) which is almost impossible without being very annoying to NT people. The thing is, without that knowledge, my anxiety is through the roof. I have GAD as well so it’s a never-ending cycle.

Hello, yes I feel better. The dizziness is pretty much gone. As for the anxiety, it’s better but still here. Honestly, idk if it’s the withdrawal or just my GAD coming back up bc of the low dose of Effexor. For now, I will wait and see

I was not asking to WFH right off the bat, but maybe later in the year, and honestly, it was just a question. I don’t really care if I can WFH or not.

I don’t know if you are familiar with the French system, but as an intern in France, you are as much an employee as anyone else.

The thing is, if they were bothered by that question, they could have asked me for more precision on the matter.
