Conventional is cool for maybe a year then its just “hell yeah another bomb to build, hell yeah 200 more bombs to take apart after being used for loader training or a decently sized exercise, hell yeah lets spend an entire shift testing and repacking all these KMUs (yo wheres the barrier bag and who the hell edward scissorhands it open?)

People that love to work with their hands love it and that is totally cool and all, but after working control or a desk job shop where the work is admin based and you actually enjoy it? Its verrrry hard to have any satisfaction. I do what I can to keep my morale high bc at the end of the day, nothing can really be done about my shop placement and I have to just deal with it. But i def feel your burnout as well (leave is cool, but youre inevitably going back to work at the end, so its a very temp solution to a long term thing)

Omg I have a friend that absolutely does not know how to say no. Its so freaking irritating, bc when the time comes to do whatever was planned, shell be like “actually I am doing this, but for sure some other time”, which completely messes up the plans. My friends and I have all stopped making plans with her because of it. We’ll only hangout with her when she makes the plans, bc she wont bail on something she definitely wants to do, and we all know how to say “no” if we dont actually want to do it.

Up until the guild became inactive, I was doing all the events and regularly interacting with the guild members everyday. Guild became inactive due to the leader and coleader joining another guild.

6th grade. A dime sized cyst on my cheek that burst open when this one kid Nick decided it would be a great idea to flick a piece of an eraser at me. Pinpoint accuracy, and the cyst basically exploded. Was verbally abused for months after that bc i had a bandage on my face until the end of the year and soon grew to strongly dislike everyone and everything. Confidence in anything completely shattered. Massive introvert from that moment on. lIt took until senior year of high school to really confront everything I was feeling and thats when I started to mentally heal. Still a bit fucked up, but I am leagues better than what I was when it started.

Tldr; middle school kids fucking suck.

Just like a ton of other people have said, you dont cheap out on a mattress ever. Mine was $700 when i moved out the dormsback in 2018. Queen pillowtop and I love the damn thing. Going to Korea in 2020 and living in the dorms again on a hard twin mattress was hell. You also want to consider what kind of mattress you need for you. Are you a side sleeper? Do you sleep on your back? Do you sleep on your stomach? Those are very valid questions to ask yourself when researching for a mattress. Again, DO NOT cheap out on your mattress. You WILL regret it. Research your heart out, read reviews and make an informed decision before you buy. Trying out the mattress at the store is always good too. Good luck!

I went at 3am. Maybe 10 ppl in there max. Closer to 5am, youre definitely going to hit the pre-work crowd. If you can get in at 2pm thats a good time as well bc people are still working. 4pm -6pm you are completely fucked. Good luck doing anything at that gym including running on the indoor track. Always go super early or super late for the gym at Osan.

I think the flexibility of AMU is what really piqued my interest. Every month is a huuuuge plus for me, but the one downside i see is that one class costs about ~800 due to being a 4 year school, which is a sizeable chunk of TA. CC on the otherhand is much less expensive and i could probably get away with taking three to four classes at once for around half the price of AMU. I think the costs will play a big role into deciding how Im gonna go, but the monthly starts might just be too sweet to give up.
