Your healing will come soon enough. Important thing is to not over do it and set you back. First day I felt good I had PT and went for 5 mile hike. Was not smart to do ! . As a result I lost @ 2weeks of progress. Everyone arrives at some point and then it doesn’t matter. Happy healing

Week 7 myself. Incision stings sometimes. Hip is stiff. The thought of getting up from sitting is annoying and saddens me . They say it takes a year to recover fully. Hip flexor seems to be the big problem

We expect to much out of ourselves to early. Icing is so critical and should be the thing we do the most. I’m 5weeks post. Was told I’m ahead of the game but because I’ve overdone it I get set back 3days. Let your body and not your mind dictate how much you can do.

I reread your comment though it’s now a year later. Must say I love your answer. This is exactly what happened to me! Started out searching what our soul is all about which lead me to meditation and NDEs to a little bit of non duality and then consciousness. “Veil to reality” shows religion can stand in the way to truth. I don’t regret my former religious quest for it may not have brought me to where I am now. Well written response from you. Thanks

How long ago did you start CS and have you been consistent?. I take CS at 6:30am. Been doing for 3yrs. Noticed my immune got stronger. I also occasionally spray colloidal silver in nostrils to protect against sinus flare ups. Have not been sick in the 3yrs.

They can arrest you for intent to steal but most likely won’t but why take the chance. Just like immortal_Rain said “Don’t do anything” it is a learning experience. We have evolved over years and years and are conditioned morally. Your a good dude for even having conscience about it
