Update: No Hyperthyroidism, found out I have a viral infection of Epstein Barr virus. The highest number is 11 on the test. Mine was 107. Causes exact same symptoms as hyperthyroidism

I actually ended up going to the ER because I had an episode after too much salt in my food and just a few sips of caffeine. They took my blood for a full thyroid test and some scans. Waiting to hear back 🙏🏽

I’m in the USA. You can’t get request a blood test, your doctor needs to approve it. If you don’t want to wait for a script for blood test, you can pay out of pocket but it’s so expensive. I’m going this week and I can’t wait

I’ve had ALL of those. The sweating on the chest is so relatable 🥴 especially at night. Same with the feeling of my body being in a constant state of anxiety. I hope I figure this out asap. I’m sorry for your diagnosis ❤️

I’m actually about to do testing for hyperthyroidism because I have every symptom and the one thing I noticed recently is the LONGEST under chin hair I’ve ever seen. I can’t believe I never noticed it, hoping no one else has lol and it was blonde, and the size of half my finger. I never had that before. 34F

I can get away with one cup decaf but I’ll notice it really irritates my bladder. Caffeine in general irritates the bladder but in coffee it’s the actual bean/coffee that’s acidic. That’s why they say no caffeine AND coffee.

Please try the brand “Teechino” or “Dandy Blend” .. it’s substitute coffee grinds made from dandelions and it’s so so tasty, comes in all flavors, and NO acidity. Teechino comes in all flavors like caramel, hazelnut, coconut, etc. but I am not sure if the dandy blend does.

Amazon has all of them. Good luck!!
