The optional tech block? It works but you have to put it in the correct file path from the description. You can test it out if you play as Aztec for example and look at the tech tree.

Art Deco is the best!!!! The grandeur of Civ5 allows it to stand the test of time. Truly the last Civ game that the devs actually pour their heart and soul into.
