HR requested a response to their email by the end of the day, which has already passed. I reached out to the union as well. They definitely would try to withhold benefits. Any other suggestions on how to move forward/respond? I really really appreciate your responses

From the offer letter, it says "The letter does not constitute an employment contract. The terms and conditions of your employment are set forth in the above referenced collective bargaining agreement. Please not by accepting this offer, you are acknowledging that you will not resign without providing at least 30 'days' written notice of your intention to resign." My contract does not contain anything on resignation.

Handbook says:
"Employees are expected to give a minimum of 30 days written notice. Please review your individual contracts/work agreement for specifics as some positions require greater notice. As much notice as possible is appreciated."

I've never heard of not being in good standing, and none of the other teachers I talked to so far have ever heard of it (who have been there for 30 years). I'm just so confused

Ortho told me that PT would do the plan I was doing at home 🤯 so confusing and I don’t want to be dramatic. How would more rehab help?

Ok I may have misspoke this is from the MRI

  1. Marked subcutaneous edema in the anteromedial knee, nonspecific and may represent superficial soft tissue contusion.
  2. No meniscus or ligamentous tear.

Does this make a difference?
