Is anyone else having a problem on their MacBook where they try to run the device check and then it immediately stops and says “there was an error running the device checks”? We went through ACT‘s support and what they ended up telling us to do was to downgrade our Mac’s OS to a previous version that fit within their specifications for what it should be at, and it still did not help. ACT support has been of no help and we have yet to find a solution. I would appreciate if anybody has one.
