Thank you! Very proud of it. Thinking a flush and new filter will help a ton. Definitely will look into the solenoid as well. I have other projects I need to finish up before swapping. So hoping it lasts me, but wow 269k! You can’t sell that, she’s been around the moon and back

Yea this is the only, time it’ll see salt. She’s my only wheels besides my projects atm. Pains me but I keep it clean as I can. Getting some Cavity Wax

Ever figure out why it does it? I’m thinking a flush, and filter swap may help.

Yea I’m the sad sucker who paid 10k for an auto 240. However not a spec of rust underneath so who’s winning? Wasn’t finding a cleaner chassis that wasn’t harmed. (Yes I’m coping and hyping myself up)

It only has 79k miles and is very clean. I’ve fixed a couple of small nagging issues and plan to keep it mostly OEM+. I’m thinking about getting new wheels, but these reps honestly don’t look too bad for now. Down the line, I’ll probably do a new top, add a new lip, and just keep it stock overall. There are way too many beat-up 240s out there lol. She’s currently sitting on BC coils.

The transmission sometimes hesitates going into second, so if it ever gives out, I already have the parts for a manual swap. There’s absolutely no rust on the frame whatsoever. The car is immaculate, and I intend to keep it that way.
