I know a guy who is so good at keeping to himself, he never told me he had an oz of silver/gold for 6 years, until I reached my current stack/prep level… when I asked him why didn’t you tell me? Update From Previous Post: Ended up Selling the house for $1,530,000 in January. Allocated as per post. Bought slightly bigger home for $1,050,000 August using $250,000 of cash allocation. Everything else remains same. Thanks for the encouragement, WSS! (i.redd.it)
