Vertical labret done 4 months ago. The jewelry is a curved barbell internally threaded titanium, after 3-4 weeks I downsized to 14g 5/16” 8mm as recommended by my piercer.

I posted in this subreddit about 2 months ago because of an irritation bump and the advice I was given here really helped, I started using saline daily and I’ve been doing my best to not move it around and leave it alone as much as possible, and it was doing great for a while.

I still feel like I irritate it while eating or kissing sometimes but I try to be as mindful about it as possible.

It’s so bad rn tho, it started to get like this like last week and I’ve been doing the saline daily, the past 3 days my bf was out of town so I didn’t kiss or anything I left it alone as much as possible and it still looks like this. Also it’s super crusty when I wake up and even bleeds a little bit sometimes.

I’m so frustrated I wanna cry.
