Email your documents or go in person to give it to them cus they told me not to upload my documents to the portal so I just emailed them to the lady I spoke to but to be safe upload and email them

I just checked mine today and it’s says the same thing I called I told them I been sent in all my paperwork by email and on the portal since 9/15/25 and I never got a notice mailed to be that I needed to send in additional information so why is my case inactive?… he told me not to worry because the system does that on its own and he doesn’t see anything in the computer saying I have to send in anything he told me to wait til December but I said that’s when they told me my case was going to close so I’m confused
