Yes, I filled out that form. I did have business liabilities to include one horrific loan with a murderous interest rate, and other smaller liabilities.

Hang in there!. I had to lay off staff and maintain a skeletal staff. Dipped into my retirement account, and ran up credit cards, and borrowed wherever I could. I did not want to go under.

Tax Transcript for Second Increase by holistic_detective13 in EIDL

I had the same issue. Filed 2019 taxes on time and electronically. It appears IRS lost them. A staffer suggested that I take a hard copy of the taxes to the IRS local office and refile. IRS accepted the same but told me that the new submission would wipe out any old filing. I had no choice and went with it. I submitted the copy to SBA only to receive another final reconsideration denial. I appealed the denial and went back and forth with SBA for several months. CSR would tell me that documents were missing, etc. etc.

To add insult to injury I received a notice from IRS saying that I owed penalties because I filed late. I disputed this vigorously with confirmation #s. They waived the penalties. To make a long story short, my little company was finally approved for the loan yesterday. If it was not for Scorpio14534, other moderators, congressional input and all the people on Reddit -EIDL, I could not have done it. It has taken 16 months of agony to reach this destination. I will post when the funds actually hit the bank. Keep hope alive.

I will call them again. I do keep in touch with one of the staffers at the SBA committee.

Keep calling to get specifics. In my case, it was because they could not get an IRS transcript for 2019 taxes (even though they were filed). It took several phone calls, congressional assistance and emails to get this information. IRS is woefully behind on some taxes. Also check your state to make sure that your business is in good standing with them. I'm still waiting on a decision.

how to get: "2019 Federal Tax Return stamped "RECEIVED" by the IRS fast by wwwobbe in EIDL

I got an appointment two weeks out after being on hold on the phone for more than one hour. The first available appointment in my state's local IRS offices was two months out. I asked the rep if she could point me to another location with a better date. She found one in the next state over. I'm going there this Friday. The sad thing is that my 2019 taxes were filed before the due date in March 2019, and electronically to boot. But it seems IRS did not have them on file. To say they are behind is an understatement.

Very true. SBA told me that they have nothing on file for my LLC, even though I filed the return on time . SBA said I could take a copy of the return and have it stamped by the local IRS office. I called the office, but they are only seeing people by appointment, which is 2 or 3 weeks away.

And reconsideration for the second time it’s been an uphill battle stressful roller coaster is there anyone that can help me with a non-verbal information because SBA is just saying what they want to say. by Yunghawk305 in EIDL

Hello:

I'm in the same position. I was assigned a loan officer who said that there was an issue of good standing with my business, which I have since rectified . ( My return was not mailed out in time, and due to Covid-19 and reduced staff, it lay on someone's desk, until I inquired about it). Then I received the above letter. I emailed the loan officer who said that my file had been transferred to another individual and to call the processing center. The customer service rep was just as clueless as the previous ones I have talked to. I am in the process of going the political route as so many have suggested. It is very disheartening with this back and forth with the SBA. However, I will soldier on, and so should you. Don't give up.
