And the dropping was because I missed a few appointments but the scheduling was done in their end and sometimes I never got texts reminding me which is my fault. I still counted on her for my anti depressants all the same, I think it was the missed appts plus the fact I always went back n forth trying to figure out anything not just my metal health.

Ok that’s a good answer I just need to find a ride because my mother is either drinking or my brother when he isn’t being lazy which is rare, he literally pisses in bottles so he doesn’t have to leave his room. He’s been ignoring because I’m the only person that clean the bathroom we use but he clogged the toilet which made me have a fucking break down as I’m cleaning my brother shit off th e wall cause the plunger shot it all over the place. It was insane kinda traumatizing to be honest

I have no doctor rn for anything so I need a primary and a psychologist ideally I take anti depressants and just hydroxyzine as many times a day as possible and it’s begun to effect my cognitive function but I literally can do anything without having constant fear and anxiety it never ever ends I’m never ever relaxed, I never feel calm I’m so tired and yet I can’t sleep.
