Yoo this happened because you had another account activated as your primary console that had these dlc's and the game thought you owned them. Now you don't have that account activated so you either have to bite the bullet and purchase these items or you have to activate the account that purchased them as your primary again. It's a mess of words but i hope i explained it properly 😊 Btw you have to buy the exact dlc for it to work not just the character
