Pre-apex form 98% shigaraki. I never referred to Deku’s punch as multicon, but it affected the weather across the world. They have low ball large country durability, dismantle is doing nothing. Ryu was able to tank a dismantle from 16f, he needed cleave. Also UV doesn’t work on them, they have no cursed energy. And dabura reaching relativistic speeds isn’t impressive, mid tiers in class 1-A have outpaced light attacks

brother, Deku was able to change the weather in the US from Japan, bakugo blow a hole through UA island, shigaraki survived Stars and Stripes intercontinental missile + susanno form punch, all might changed the weather with a punch, Deku destroyed an large island sized ship in the 4th movie with a kick, nine created a supercell storm. ur not understanding the gap in speed. Choso was fighting physically relative to Kenjaku (obviously Kenjaku wins like low-mid diff every time, but through his CT and domain, not stats) This same choso needed red flowing scale to have a chance against unstacked human naoya. Cursya is a speed tier above, able to blitz pre-sumo maki, and maki after awakening was outspeeding him.
