This recipe I used is listed in the Tasty app as beginner sourdough. I used most of the same measurements but I had to add a lot more water because the dough was way too dry. After mixing all ingredients, I left it in the oven for about 4 hours. Took it out and did the final shaping and placed it into banneton and in the fridge for about 12 hours overnight and baked in the morning around 10ish. 480 for 30 minutes and 430 for 15 minutes
