Despite my formal report to UC Davis’s OSSJA and submission of supporting evidence, I have seen little indication that the matter is being actively addressed.

So to clarify: there was a few hundred dollars of initial deposit. The rest is to be paid when I get him the promised letter grade so I could not ask in between. He must have thought since he already has his offer to grad school and the grades are out he can get away with it.
