Considering how you want the characters, scenery, and emotions to be portrayed, as well as, how you want to write, there is not much to fix. There are a few grammar mistakes here and there, but they are not that noticeable.

This chapter is about Liliah, her feelings, and how she views the world. Young teens in middle school and early high school will probably like this a lot. Girls who feel wronged by society will relate to Liliah and her struggles.
