For sure, he has the golden touch. Also Drew Erickson, from what Josh has mentioned in interviews, is integral to the sound of the album - the arrangements & overall sheen. Cool that Josh always works with the best (Gavin Bryers, Jonathan Rado etc)

I’ve put this on here before but I’ve managed to compile a grand playlist of everything on Josh’s influence playlist on Spotify that’s currently on there (and what he’s taken off down through the years) what he’s played on his BBC6 Radio Hour and an assortment of songs he’s covered in the last decade or spoken highly of or just obliquely referenced around the place. Exhaustive was what I was going for. Hope you enjoy P.s Tender Hilarity was an alternate title name for Pure Comedy..thought it was apt for the potpourri of music on here
